Did you know that ½ cup of homemade salsa counts as a serving of veggies?! 🍅🔥🌶️

Simply chop 2 lbs. of plum tomatoes, 1 onion, 1-2 bell peppers, 1-2 jalapeno peppers (remove the seeds), add a tablespoon of lime juice and some salt and pepper, mix then together and voila! Salsa.

You can add chopped fresh cilantro, garlic, or even a little fruit! Delicious!
