Equipment memberships as low as 37 per class and mat all-access memberships as low as $199 per month. Because everyone has different needs we will recommend the best membership that fits your health and wellness needs.

Junior
Instructors

Junior Instructors have completed 100 hours of their 600-hour Power Pilates Teacher Training Certification program. At this level, training focuses on the foundations and working the system of exercises in the method. Once they have achieved 250 hours they can begin to work with the more intermediate students and at the 400-hour mark advanced students.

At this level, your teacher has under 10 years of experience in the Pilates world and extensive training in the Classical Pilates method. They are continuing to hone their skills and specialize their craft.

Senior Pilates Instructors
10+ years of experience
Level 2 Instructors have 10+ years of teaching experience. They are movement, and wellness specialists in other disciplines. They have expertise in injuries and special cases. Level 2 Instructors continue to excel in custom program designs for different clients’ goals and needs. They are able to manage advanced clients, as well as clients with special conditions and injuries. They offer skilled creative instruction in private, duet and semi-private sessions.

Premier Pilates Instructors

Level 3 Instructors are masters of their craft and have the highest demand for their services. Level 3 instructors have multiple classical Pilates certifications and have completed graduate programs in movement. These are our Teacher Trainers. They specialize in areas such as bad backs, functional movement, and training the next generation of classical instructors
