During our time together, Dr. Tara will open up an engaging, myth-busting conversation around the choices so many women are navigating today. Intermittent fasting. Weighted vests. Workshop Series Vision
This gathering is the beginning of a series that pairs powerful movement with meaningful education. Each session will spotlight a body region or health theme while exploring how hormones and lifestyle influence strength, healing, and balance. Imagine learning why your outer hips ache, how tendon pain is tied to inflammation, or why shoulder discomfort lingers—and pairing that knowledge with a guided Pilates practice that supports lasting relief.
Future topics will include outer hip pain, plantar fasciitis and foot health, systemic inflammation, shoulder pain, and the relationship between belly fat, blood sugar, and stress. Each experience is designed to deepen your understanding, strengthen your body, and leave you with confidence that change is possible.
