Have you ever had your shoes properly fitted by someone trained to fit shoes?  If you haven’t, I highly encourage you to do it … especially if you are regular runner! 👠👢👟

 

More than half of us have feet that are different sized, and many of us wear shoes that aren’t the proper width. This can make a HUGE difference in how your feet feel. It’s also super important for the health of your feet!

 

You’ll have to go to a specialty or locally owned shoe or running store, but it’s totally worth it. (and it’s free!)
