After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I decided to start Pilates to improve strength and balance. I was thrilled to learn that Precision Pilates™ offered a class specifically dedicated to those with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. The experience has been fabulous! The studio is spotless. The equipment is new and well maintained and the instructors are knowledgeable and pleasant. Stephanie, in particular, is a joy—bubbly, patient, and always focused on safety. I leave every session feeling stronger and supported. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the studio has been welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I was very anxious trying something new, but Amy (owner) answered my millions of questions and got me in some private lessons to start. Nicole (instructor) really helped to ease me into Pilates and made it simple to understand. They just moved to a nice bright new studio, and I love the small class sizes. If you’re looking to do Pilates in a non intimidating environment this is the place to go!

I am 60+ years old with neck, back, and knee issues and was very nervous about starting Pilates. Amy and team made me feel welcome and helped me overcome my anxiety, which led to my becoming a member after taking some private lessons and introductory classes. The studio is beautiful and clean, and the instructors are very motivating. Classes are small, which allows the instructors to focus on everyone as individuals, which is very important to those like me who need modifications. I highly recommend Precision Pilates™!
My instructor, Alicia, is amazing! She is fully aware of everyone’s needs and is able to tailor instruction and ensure we are all following the instructions accordingly. I finally found an exercise routine that I absolutely love. The studio is clean , teachers are very knowledgeable and the class availability is great and never an issue.
In an effort to get more business, one of the staff members advised, I could push my classes out a few weeks, but then the owner wouldn't honor that after I had been going. Places clean I don't think the junior staff is experienced enough

I discovered this studio on June 5th, reached out for more information on June 6th, started classes on June 8th, and have been attending classes twice a week ever since. Amy is fantastic. She is super supportive and extremely knowledgeable and clearly cares about her clients. The staff is also friendly and supportive, and the studio is bright and open. The schedule is packed with tons of options for all levels, starting as early as 6:30am or as late as 7:30pm depending on the day; the instructors are all amazing. Thanks to them, I'm already starting to see changes in myself, both physically and mentally. Precision Pilates™ has been a wonderful addition to my fitness routine! P.S. My husband (who recently started classes with Amy) said to say 'Ditto' for his review...lol)

Deciding to take up Pilates was the best decision I've made. The environment at Precision Pilates™ is both beautiful and relaxing. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger after each session. My back pain has improved tremendously. Can't wait to see how I feel in a few months. :-)
I gave up on ever feeling relief or potentially bettering my condition with scoliosis. I took my first introduction class today with Amy and it’s filled my heart with hope. Precision Pilates™ is an excellent studio! I highly recommend! The semi private classes and dedicated instructors have made a HUGE difference. There are different class levels that provide a challenge at my own pace. The knowledgeable instructors watch your form to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, and provide modifications, if needed. I have lost weight and inches! After my first 3 months, I had a 70% pain reduction in my neck, back, shoulders and knees! I am stronger, more flexible, and fitter than I have been in 25 years! Update: Best Pilates Teacher Training Center! I just completed the Beginner Mat teacher training at Precision Pilates™. Amy and her staff have extensive experience and expertise in classical Pilates and exercise physiology. The training was very thorough and intensive yet presented in an organized and simplified manner that ensures you learn the material by the end of the weekend. They make you feel welcomed, inspired and supported the whole way. Thank you for being great teachers!
I visited Precision Pilates™ for the first time to complete my first Pilates Teacher Training. I was truly impressed by the place and the way we were taught. Everything was very professional and well-designed. After only three days I felt much more knowledgeable and that I gained new, valuable skills to my profession. Besides that, Precision Pilates™ is very clean and organized. I felt really good in this space. I highly recommend!
