The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) Course
The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) combines traditional and contemporary mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises and performs them on any type of suspension apparatus. Each PSM exercise is Pilates-rooted and is also done in many of the traditional Pilates series. The PSM is designed to be taught in a group or one-on-one setting.
The PSM Foundation CONDENSED Version(1-Day/5-HourCourse) covers 19 series and 72 Exercises throughout the Foundation Manual. The CONDENSED Version is intended to help each student leave with the confidence and tools to immediately thread PSM Exercises into any level and format class or private session.

Rebecca Beckler
Rebecca Beckler is a highly experienced fitness professional with a background in sports and a passion for movement. She holds certifications as an Advanced Level STOTT PILATES® Instructor, STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Trainer, and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer.
In 2012, Rebecca combined her expertise in Pilates and fitness to create the Pilates Suspension Method, an innovative approach that adapts traditional Pilates exercises to the Suspension Trainer, offering unique challenges and benefits. Rebecca is dedicated to sharing her method through workshops and client training, inspiring others to explore the possibilities of Pilates in new ways.
