Benefits of the Pilates for Youth Program

Pilates for Youth program is designed for teen athletes (dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders) and utilizes the Pilates method to help them build better body control and prevent injuries.

All classes have a maximum of 5-6 students to ensure individualized attention and personalized cues.

Teen class schedule:

Sun 10:30 am (8-12 yo), 11:15 am (13-18yr)

Mon 6:00 pm (8-12 yo) 6:45 pm (13- 18 yr)

Wed  7:30 pm (8-12 yo) 8:15 pm (13-18 yr)
