Jack Knife

Judiann performs the Jack Knife for us. Judiann has been at the studio 6 days a week for 18 months. This exercise is more of an intermediate exercise, so please build up strength and control before you attempt.

Control is the name of the game with Jack knife. To perform the Jack knife one must over come gravity and lift the legs and hips over head to a candlestick position, and then with control roll back down with control.
